Has anyone had this issue before? Every once in awhile, when I'm checking under the hood, I'll notice some dried coolant that seems to have seeped from the top of the coolant reservoir.

I scrape it off with a fingernail, reseat the cap, and continue on. It's not regular - I will sometimes check after a hard tow and there is no seepage, but then I won't check again for another 1k miles and it will be there.

It's not much - at 8500 hard miles, the tank is now only sliiightly creeping below the "F" fill level.

Has anyone seen this before? (See attached image.)

It’s not a sealed pressured tank, so the lid just kinda clips in place vs a truly watertight fit. It’s not big deal of some slouches up there, it’ll happen, especially under hard use when the vehicle is getting bounced around.

Same here, even if you're not bouncing around mine would do the same. I check the level frequently as part of everything else and doesn't come down so you're good.
