My rear window seal is all waved and has come come loose and just looks like crap. I called my local Toyota dealer and the said that part (pt#68275) is $278. That's nuts!!!!! So I've attached my rear window, and the PDF that Toyota sent me.

Please tell me I don't have to cough over close to $300 for this issue.

    Any ideas?

I was able to find the OEM pt# online, about half the price.

    TOYOTA OEM 03-09 4Runner Lift Gate-Run Channel 6827535020

I throw this question out there, can this be repaired or do I need to replace?

Where I live, salt is what's used in the winter in roads. I believe it was a combination of sun damage, and the rust inhibitor treatments. I found it online and will have one with in the month.
