Just traded a 2017 YZ250X for a 2017 Sherco SEF-R 300i Factory Edition. Straight up! Trending away from Motocross. With this set up for GNCC, I will be able to ride just about anything. This is more of a woods assassin type bike....The thing assaults the woods. It's like French toast in the woods, it is sweet..... But, with the GNCC setup...I can also moto. Shercos IMO are better than KTM's.

I was bummed when they quit making that bike. Very nice.

 

My sweet French toast has been neglected. (For reference, this is a French made bike.) In the process of freshening things up until this winter, then will go through it. It looks like this thing has never been serviced since new. Has 90 hours on it. The risk of buying used. But so far so ok, nothing huge wrong. This is a woods assault weapon.

Time to rejuvenate this thread. here’s my new steed, Francisco. KTM bought GasGas so he’s really just a red KTM/Husqvarna cross-breed but I really like red. And he’s an enduro beast! Riding the Colorado high country is the best and he’s the perfect weapon for it. The photo was taken last fall on the western slope. He does great in the desert too.

 

Had a WR450 but I found out the hard way old bones don’t like bouncing off the ground, ER visits suck. Since gone to ATVs and SxSs. Pic of my beloved ST which I miss but I promised my better half I would quit street riding after 65. Next door Neighbor died In a bike/car crash and I have family members that depend on me staying in one piece.

 

BMW 650 Dual Sport. 2 trips to Alaska and back (no ferry boats)!
I had to move on to a Harley TriGlide when I hit 75!! Sure do miss those 2 wheels.
