full rebuilt bottom end, Kelford 256 cams, port and polish heads with NA Supra springs and retainers, exhaust cam gear, JBA headers, custom 2.5 stainless steel exhaust, AFE 76mm throttle body, AFEMagnum stage 2 intake, drilled and slotted rotors...and more to come.
So here's my 2cents. I'm assuming you have a 5th gen? SC kit are Hella expensive for the Magnusson.. duh right lol if your under warranty I understand having the dealer install it and saving the warranty.... if your not under the warranty id save the 10k+ and look into Underdog Racing Development (URD) stage 3 centrivical supercharger kit... its half the price.. and Extreme Terrain sells kelford cams for NA or forced induction motors for $1100. URD and Extreme Terrain sell UCONN EMS tune for $1600 and come with exhaust gears and a 170 degree thermostat. and you'd still have money leftover for headers or whatever.....ORRR for half the price of the URD SC kits just Turbo it....

me personally I have the v6 4th gen and have the NA Cams installed with NA supra valves and retainers in the heads. headers full exhaust AFE TB and intake and full rebuilt on the bottom end. I'm currently breaking in the motor and looking into the OTT or URD UCONN tune and eventually going forced induction as well. Good luck in whatever you choose and keep us posted.

what are you talking about? The URD basic kit is the same price as the Magnuson and requires more parts to be purchased. They claim their software will “auto tune” your application but I find that a bit far fetched. Love the supercharger, but I would get my own dyno tune done if I went this route for a baseline.

the only centrifugal sc I know of is ProCharger and that is again the same price and has zero low end torque gain so only good for high rpm hp.

Should be a lot more fun to drive with the SC. I would do it in a heartbeat if it was in the budget. If I want to feel some power I just have to drive my wife's sequoia lol

So what's the update here? Was there an URD supercharger for the 5th Gen or is it the same as the Procharger? I dont see many on the forum running the procharger at all.:notsure:

The URD kit is a whipple.

Nah not many running the pro charger. Probably because it’s mid to high RPM power where a positive displacement blower is down low to mid.

Not sure about the pro charger, but the Maggie kit has everything you need except coolant. It was all plug and play with flawless tech/tune support and instructions. Took me about 3 days to install taking my time. Hard to beat a kit that was designed for the stealerships. Guessing that's why most run them for their Toyota's.

Agree. I love what you have done with the gauges, your setup is pretty cool. I think the Maggie is solid so far. Have you got yours tune by some of the other vendors like OTT?

It has the OTT mid level tune. Debating if it needs the transmission parameters adjusted (now that they can do a 2018). The gauges do their job (A/F, boost/vacuum), but money would Probably be better spent on a good dyno tune. I went the gauge route for piece of mind to see the A/F. I've been told that i have trust issues. A print out of a dyno pull would do the same for me but being at the corner of no and where Kansas, there isn't a shop doing them for Toyota's that i could find. For the record, the OTT tune is good to go.

I did the same, I got the OTT tune here in Houston and got it on medium, whatever that is - :notsure:, and yes what a difference it made. I don't want to mess with it and right there is where I like so far:dancingbacon:. The unit is very responsive and it goes although my mgp is crap on this unit, 14mpg at best is what I get on the HWY, although I carry too much crap when going places.

I can get on board with the price 10 or 11 grand around here to purchase and have installed. Should have the option to self install and have inspected by authorized installer to not void warranty. Sve a few thousand

For the unedumacated, what does “OTT” stand for? Do they have a website? I tried doing a Google search for “OTT”, but got nothing. And I can’t find OTT fully spelled out in this thread. Thanks.
