I have a 2019 TRD off road with a Magnuson supercharge installed. Included with the install a Magnuson reservoir was installed next to the firewall for coolant. The reservoir leaks on both sides at the inlet and exit tubes under the hose clamps. My installer says it is due to ridges on the tubes of the Magnuson reservoir tubes. We have called several times and emailed Magnuson once since the install and so far no response from Magnuson. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how have you corrected it?

Don't know if this application is the same as the Tacoma, but someone else reported the same problem.

Magnuson suggests worm clamps over the typical automotive clamps. I had the same problem and took it back to the installer to swap them all out. Coolant system is under higher pressure.

I am experiencing the same issue with these houses. First leak was right at the bottom of the reservoir, by the clamp. Second is by the left side of the vehicle on the return where the two hoses connect, at another junction point. I think these hoses and clamps don't do well when the weather goes below zero and then we start moving.

I replaced ALL the regular clamps with these https://hpsperformanceproducts.com/...6OOMuK1nmCRazLtegB31REZSKESmv6tJ0Kkpcec&gQT=1

It works great except at the reservoir. The reservoir connections leak for 2 reasons; 1 is that the connections are too small for the hose, not allowing a tight connection. The other is that the connections have a porous textured plastic. Replace with the metal reservoir and it all fits and works perfectly!
