After lifting my 2016 TE, my tires tend to throw rocks/gravel to the side of the body. I can live with the new height of the truck but shorter friends complained a little.

Any good suggestion for running boards/sliders would be great. I saw Go Rhino and Westin made something looks like a hybrid running boards/sliders. I am not a hardcore offroader at least now or with this rig. Thanks guys

I've been doing the same research for slider/steps. I have not installed a lift on mine, but my wife has trouble getting into it. I'm thinking I'll probably go with the ShrockWorks sliders with full tread plates. When you do those they are not angled up but are straight out, making a nice step. The issue I am having to deal with is I have the limited trim on my 4Runner so I will have to remove the rocker trim and replace it with the trail trim. If you haven't looked at the ShrockWorks you may want to check them out. I have only seen great reviews on their products. The negative I have read is how long it takes to get the product. They are made to order so some have said it was 6+ months to get the products.

    Hope this helps.

I got my Shrockworks installed and they look great! Now I want it leveled and I'd like to pull the tires and wheels out so it looks more even. Right now the tires and wheels are inset and I like the look of them more even with the exterior of the truck.

But for slider/steps Shrockworks look great! And they will get the job done. image.jpgimage.jpg

Mine is the limited so I had to remove the rocker trim and install the Shrockworks TE Trim kit. I was not able to put the sliders on myself. I tried but had issues so ended up taking it to a hitch and truck accessory shop in Arlington and they installed them for me.
