I have a 2020 4runner with Total Chaos long travel kit w/ king shocks and the rear has a califab 3 link setup with king smoothies. I do not have a sway bar. I have not been able to find anything about hooking up a trailer with this setup. Does my towing capacity change at all? Is there anything I should be aware of? I was looking to rent a cargo trailer for an upcoming camping trip.

Have you asked Total Chaos? I would think they engineered their system to handle the OEM towing capacity. But, you're best off asking them.

What kind of cargo trailer? Open, enclosed, empty weight?
I just got back from a trip to SoCal. with my 6x10 enclosed trailer.
I was dragging 4020 lbs. although mine is stock except for a brake controller and rear air bags.
Gas mileage be damned. SoCal. gas price, $6+. Vegas under $6 and MT. under $4.

I towed with my old LT tacoma with a overloaded uhaul enclosed trailer with the bed filled from Cali to Oregon. It did just fine.
