Hi there, I supposed to buy 4runner on Monday, its 2000 , with high km around 400000 km, 5 spd manual, everything looks good, but yestrday I found this ,, I dont know too much about 4runners, Can you tell me if is it major problem, or just old car issue, and if is it would be expensive to fix it ?? Thank you Ross.

Is it leaking around the side and running down or is it leaking from the bottom? Kinda hard to tell in the pic.
