Lamborghini doors on 5th gen 4runner???

So I know I’m going to get a lot of hate for chopping up my 4runner but I’m curious if anyone has put a Lamborghini door kit on a 5th gen? In the process of shaving the door handles and mirrors off so the doors are off the truck and I’m considering buying a kit.

 

Go for it. Pay no mind to naysayers. It's your rig. You might have to attach a rope to bring them back down unless you can auto shut them somehow...

 

Nevermind I was thinking winged doors....the kit would be interesting to see installed.

 

I've not seen it on a 5th gen, I'd be interested to see how it turns out.

 

Has anyone done any custom body mods to their runners? I’m trying to base some of my ideas off of them. Pretty sure we have to cut the genders to get everything to fit

 

Some are girls and some are boys. Mine is a boy and I named him the 4Richard.

Welp I took my truck to two different shops and no one wants to do it. They said I’ll have to cut too much out of the inner fender and it will destroy the integrity of the truck. Along with getting it to fit properly and not leak, was also told the doors may be to heavy for the shocks. Kinda stuck in a pickle

 

I’ll post pictures of the doors in primer after the handles are shaved. Going for the mini truck madness look

 

I have always absolutely loved the 90s mini truck look. Are you just shaving the handles or going full paint job? Very interested to see how this turns out.

 

I think a bagged 5th gen with roof rack delete would look awesomely street worthy

 

Does someone on here have the ability to photoshop a black 5th gen with air or hydraulic suspension & a street look?
I guarantee it hasn't been done & I believe our black 5th gen looks like a spacecraft.
Add a matte wrap. Tinted everything & lower it a few inches...
That would turn some heads! Even if the door idea doesn't work out.

Lowered/bagged on larger wheels definitely isn't for everyone. I'm of the opinion of if you work hard for your money do whatever you want with it lol.

 

I just find it interesting what people can see & do to a vehicle.
It would ruin the ride & value.
If you have the time & money...

 

It is definitely only worth a fraction of what you've invested to a very select crowd in most instances.

I'd give anything to not be in to modifying automobiles and just being content with driving the most bland car/SUV ever... I'd have so much of my money back LMAO
