Holes Drilled: The only holes they drill are one on each door. It's on the inner EDGE of the door. Only about a 1/4" in diameter to get the micro sprayer in to. Then plug it with a black plug. The hole is re-used for later annual applications. You will not even notice the hole's there.
Frame: The technician at my location said they have done many 4Runners. He said while they are known for early rusty frames, they have lots of holes in the frame already from the Factory that make it easy to spray the inside of the frame.

After 5 years there is zero rust on my under carriage. Not even on the heads of the bolts, which are usually the first to notice rust.

At $150.00 and an hour and a half time once a year, I view it as cheap insurance. Can't imagine trying to do it myself.

Also, since it goes on clear, they spray under the hood on the firewall and wheel wells. The treatment has no effect on electrical components. Dirt rolls right off the engine bay at a self-serve car wash.
