    Hey,

Does your key fob for your key start 4runner work to lock and unlock while the engine is running and in park? I noticed in a 4runner that it actually works. I have never seen that before in other toyotas. I'm wondering if this a 4runner thing or just a fluke with that vehicle.

    Thanks

KPMF stealth Tundra vinyl wrap. Interior Led mod. Fog light mod. Jensen deck, Polk DB plus doors. Blackout of chrome - Emblem Delete.
    Mine does - 2007.
    my 2014 Sierra does too.
    And 17 Mustang.

ALL Three will have same results. EXCEPT:

Mustang and Sierra - if Door is open and engine running then hit LOCK, the doors lock-- THEN UNLOCK and make a Ding. Just in case to remind you to don't be stupid.

The 4runner Does unlock again - while running ,but no "ding."
