    hi all

i'm new to the forum here, but a previous 4runner owner and interested in some your guys' thoughts. previously owned a 2014 TEP with KDSS and enjoyed it.. now in the market for a new one (long story) and considering going for the off road premium WITHOUT KDSS.

i want to lift my rig eventually and my concern is that lifting the truck with KDSS would cause some complications.. (also heard some things about the KDSS system going defective after 30-40K miles.)

any suggestions here? would going for a high end suspension render the KDSS system redundant? trying to save a buck or two off the MSRP if I''m just planning to lift it anyway.

thanks all and looking forward to hearing back.

KDSS is great. I like the fact that I get a very stable on road drive and very good wheel travel off-road.

It is an absolute pain in the ass to install a lift but it was worth it.
