My 2020 ORP has started to knock in the front driver's side KDSS. I only really hear it at slow speeds when the truck rocks back and forth i.e. coming up into a driveway at an angle or angled over a speed bump. When I climb up on my slider and rock the truck back and forth I can hear it and feel it on the KDSS cylinder when I have someone else rock it. I didn't notice any part hitting the frame at all though. I unbolted the sway bar at both the cylinder lower link and the driver's side UCA and let it droop then rocked it; no knock. I was hoping it was just worn bushings and replaced them all but to my disappointment it wasn't. Any thoughts?

They tend to move. I'd make sure it's in the right spot. Check out DR.KDSS clamps.

I do plan to get the clamps from DR KDSS along with the pan hard correction kit in the near future. What I'm looking at though is the actual driver's side KDSS piston that knocks when I rock the truck. Once I disconnected the sway bar and replaced the bushings I rocked it and there was no noticeable knock; connected it back up to the piston and rocked the truck, the noise returned. You can feel the knock if you hold the top of the piston and have someone rock the truck. I have an appointment at Toyota with an off the cuff quote of around $3800 for replacing the strut and to bleed and service the system.
