    Hey all!
I just bought my first 4Runner 4x4 and I love it!
I have lots of plans for the rig but not enough cash to do anything yet...

I would love advice on how you all started your builds!

I would love to get a nice light bar, possibly mount it in the grille. Projector headlights, I know I need to retrofit them. I want some nice all terrain tires with new rims, Im looking at 16 or 17 inch TRD Pro rims.

So far I put a new pioneer head unit, Rockford Fossgate speakers with a 10 inch Kicker sub. LED dome lights (love them, everyone should do this mod). I also did a ton of maintenance under the hood including replacing all the hoses, new radiator, new belts, new battery... etc.

I would love tips and advice for 4wheeling and setting up your rigs on a budget!

    Thanks in advance!

From audio upgrades to general maintenance, the upgrades just start from there. There is no right way or wrong way to start a build. It just slowly becomes an addiction. Hopefully the mod bug doesn't bite you too badly.

I started planning before I actually handed over the cash... I'm planning my first 4x4 trip so I ended up buying a 28" light bar this afternoon... Ill have more updates and pictures/video of the process in the next week hopefully. Im thinking about mounting it in the grille as opposed to in front. Any advice?

I recently added a 28" light bar and removed my running boards (Looks so much better).

I'm thinking about getting an airhorn... Anyone else think the stock horns are just not enough? I'm looking at Wolo cannonball horns, anyone have any knowledge or feedback about them?

Hella makes upgraded horns. They sound nice.
