Okay so this is gonna be a loaded question. I just secured a same year transferase as my runner from the junk yard. My transferase is probably original so it has 388K and it sometimes will shift into 4x4 but will never shift out of it and I have to hook a 12V batter up to the correct terminals to undo it. I just bought a junk yard transferase from a slightly wrecked front end damage 99 runner. Im wondering if there are tests I can do to make sure it works and is in good condition/ what are some maintenance or rebuild kits I can get to replace seals bearings and what not. It was 80$ and besides the front end wreck the whole car was in great shape
