    Perfect as is.
Only takes one buyer. Buy what you like no one knows what the future holds.
    • A vehicle’s color can have a substantial impact on how quickly it loses value, with the highest depreciating color losing more than twice the value compared to the lowest
    • Popular colors, including white, black and silver, have minimal impact, meaning they won’t hurt resale value but they also won’t help a vehicle maintain its value
    • Some of the most beneficial colors for retaining value, including yellow and orange, may surprise consumers
    • There’s a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy going on here, with many consumers picking these mainstream colors not because they like them, but because they assume everyone else does,” said Brauer. “This makes white, black and silver appear to be in high demand, yet our analysis confirms that more obscure colors tend to hold their value better than common and popular colors.”

Crazy times, it used to be the other way around, dealerships were the ones who were calling you at 3 a.m. :D
I have no choice but to put up with these guys, I know there's nobody else giving me a pro at sticker price

There's another dealer who is asking $70,000 for the Pro. They had it in the lot though.

My local dealer has 2 listed on their site. I’m pretty sure they sell at MSRP. 1 is white the other black.

Wow, I wish I was there. Here in my area there is nothing available, nothing. Lots of empty, they have all these used foreigners that they are selling over $50,000. And the new tundra, you won't even find one

I like this dealership, I really want to buy from them. My last four runner had three miles on the odometer, it was like buying a new phone

Are you sure they have them in the lot? Cuz here they also have some on their website, but when you call them, they say that they are coming but sold

They’re inbound. But they don’t list them if they’re taken.

They’ve had a few Pros the past few months listed for only a day or 2. The Sports seem to last the longest.

This dealership sells so many cars that they really don't care about your deposit. When I said what is the penalty for not buying, he said nothing, you'll get your deposit back, and we will sell your 4R under 30 minutes :D

Is it possible to buy a car on the phone, and then ask them to ship it to you, and pay for the shipment charges?

    Perfect as is.
If you aren’t 100 percent sure you are buying and ready to settle for not exactly what you want then don’t bother. As a former salesperson this is not the old days of haggling back and forth and let me think about it and I want this not that etc. I have been on several waiting lists, for Rav4 primes, and every pro out there. If you aren't willing to settle and take what they have at their price they have no interest in dealing with you. The salesperson will call their sure thing when allocations arrive because that is what the others are doing and it's first come first serve. I have been called when someone can't get financed or canceled and they give me 30 seconds to decide or they move on. I have called back 10 minutes later and the car is sold. Crazy times we live in. I have only been able to get what I wanted because I was physically there the day and the minute the new allocation sheet arrived (new 2022 Tacoma Pro lime manual arriving next week) . On my wife's 4runner in December we were there when they physically rolled the pro into the showroom as someone just traded it in with 2k miles on a new Tundra (he's bought 13 Toyota's in less than a year, didn't think anyone could beat me lol). I said to my wife you want this? she said yup, done deal I'll take it. Few if any are getting pros at msrp that's the unicorn deal so you'll be waiting a really long time. Two used 2021 4runner pro's just listed here in AZ for 67k and 65k and they will get close to that. The dealers that sell msrp I was told by the sales guy employees and owner buy them and resell them as used. The new Tundra pro they said the owner has the first 20 and the employees anything else (They aren't going to hand someone 20k plus in equity, so they can turn and sell it). The whole sales staff currently has the 2021 v8 tundra pros when you pull in there's like 10 lined up on the side of the building. They will take your deposit money and tell you sure something will come in but I wouldn't bet on it. Getting deposits is basically how the sales manager judges their staff now.

Gas went up 60 cents in one week in Seattle. Cheapest here is $4.65 now, highest is really scary. All because of me. Because I want a 4Runner :(

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
The last breed, I'll make you a great deal on my built Off Road. Only $50k.
Has 50k miles, dented front passenger 1/4 panel, scratches on all sides. I think the front shocks are blown but I'll include a NIB set of front Eibach shocks. Probably could use a paint job. Everything in my signature line is include except it now has a Badlands winch.

I'm sort of jones-ing for a 4 door JLU Rubicon. I don't want to pay $68k for it though.

I want it, that’s my exact build. But nothing comes with KDSS up this way.

wouldn’t be worth getting across the country

If they actually sell you it at MSRP and not the insane over sticker dealers have been doing, absolutely.

Looks like nothing has changed from the time I was searching for non KDSS TRD ORP.

As of now when I search on my preferred dealership, Only 1 out of 14 TRD ORP are non KDSS, 13 are with KDSS. And sadly it has moonroof.
It seems very hard to get peace of mind nonKDSS TRD ORP even here in CO where 4Runners are every where, I wonder if CO is the top seller for 4Runners. Non KDSS TRD ORP with no moon roof would be impossible I guess.
