I'm guessing 13 MPG is not normal for a 2015 4Runner

Yeah, but has your driving habits or routine really changed that much, since the Gen 4? 5 mpg is a large change.

Has anyone mentioned a front end alignment? I've a 2019 TRD Premium with 122K on it, and I'm getting 19.1 mpg. Michelin Defenders, 45 psi. Lotsa country driving, tho.

Ok I did just now take it for a short Freeway run and I was getting around 19-21 MPG going 60-65 without traffic. So it may just be fine.

No, I still live in the same neighborhood and I still go to the same places, I still have the same job and everything. My Tacoma gets 17-18 MPG and only weighs 400 lbs less.
Yes, I think an alignment is a consideration. It has had one in the past. It does coast really well.

WOW sorry to hear your stuck with $5 dollar a gallon corn fuel.
We are in a dense area of central FL where people are like fire ants when you
kick the mound. Our corn fuel is 2.90/3.15. non corn 89 is around 4.50.
