I told my coworker who got me into this gig, that I made $350. He told me to stop this baby talk :D He has a Tesla Model X, and he does all kinds of fancy luxury black rides. He told me his record is $1,200 in one day pre covid.

My weekend band gigs are contributing to my gas expenses. But they've been doing that for over 20 years now. Lol....

Paying on-the-side jobs are great. I also build guitar pedals on the side - but I rarely make much of a profit on that, I tend to sell pedals for about what I put into them. With a few exceptions. Supply Chain difficulties of late has also slowed down how quickly I can get transistors, tubes, capacitors, and other components that are primarily manufactured overseas.

Here's one that I built and sold to Tom DeLonge of Blink 182/Angels and Airwaves. He's used it on some studio stuff. Made me feel almost professional. Ha!

I think you might be better off! Booze cost money, and can get you in trouble!

+1. I'd rather be in the woods or on the water than in the city any day!

I’m very happy my place of employment always has over time available since nobody wants to work anymore here apparently & its 24/7 365 shift work at a plant. Not a bad job! We make water cold for ac and such haha.
