Ok i just had the same thoughts because i just purchased two bars .I have a 22" for the grill and i have a 42" for the rack ( future next year ) . I looked at behind the front bumper and only find the cross bar by the cooler . I was am going to make two brackets that will try to hold the bar out from the cross bar . What were you thinking ?

Get in on the BajaRack Group Buy and your problems are solved. They are raising their pricing in January, but the GB is this years pricing. It is well worth it. Light Tabs 2.jpg

That is on my Taco, but I'm getting a rack for my wife's 5th gen.

Thanks. The light tabs I have on it are an option from Baja. There is a small gap between the roof and the rack. It's somewhere around 2 or 3 ". The rack only touches at the support feet and no where else.

I think you have to "custom" order the tabs. Since you're in the GB, ask Ramon he said something about it in one post. I can't remember which one. Send him a PM and he should be able to give you a good answer. Sorry Bro.
