    You're into muscle cars, and that's cool. I definitely love the sound of a V8! I have tons of respect for classic American muscle.

    I have a buddy with a GMC Sonoma, LS2 making about 600hp, tremec T56 magnum, lowered, and fun as hell! I helped a lot with the build, and learned a bunch.

    Yeah,
    Cobra Mustangs, GTO's, the Judge, 442 & a Chevelle SS are all phenomenal but need current suspension to be contenders.
    Those & more are amazingly beautiful. No doubt.

    The answer is Schwartz frame. They do some crazy stuff!

    This is the first Z28 to come with the American made Borg Warner T-56, six-speed transmission. It was a special project for GM, Ford followed a few years later. They had to put the pancake optispark distributer under the water pump, on the front. Because the engine actually sits under the windshield....It runs quite. That’s how I like it I have a baby cam in it. It’s a sleeper for sure..

    The guys at the track always whip up on me. They have NOS and turbos.... but I have fun...
