I have a 2018 2wd Limited Blizzard Pearl / Black Leather inbound at the end of March. Since I live in Texas, all Yotas go through Gulf States for options and accessories. The only options I chose were running boards (for the 8yr old), USB connectivity package (can't have enough USB ports) and 3rd row seat. Price was invoice. Since it is inbound to Gulf States I get to choose what options/accessories it will get. I did not even want floor mats. I will bring WeatherTech mats with me to the dealership when I pick it up.

In the mean time, I have to replace the headlights and wear parts on my current 2007 Sport (113k miles), remove the audio system, replace with OEM audio system and detail for private sale. Lots to do in the next month.

Anyone have a suggestion for a good Toyota dealer in SoCal? Looking to purchase a TRD Offroad Premium with Sunroof and KDSS and the most I've been able to get off sticker is $600! Is this normal for our area with 4Runners? I've always paid a few hundred over invoice even when I ordered my Jeep Rubicon.

    Any help appreciated!

I’m shopping for the same in SoCal as well. Autonation Irvine quoted $1000 off MSRP plus the $750 factory rebate.
Still holding out for a better deal.

Thanks for the info. It also seems like they only sell what's on their lot or coming to them versus finding one from another dealer? Is that just a Toyota thing?

After all the vehicles I've purchased over the years, I suddenly feel like I am buying a car for the first time!

I went to Kearny Mesa in San Diego. They gave me the best price out of a whole bunch of others (Long Beach, Temecula, El Monte, etc....)

I ended up close to home at Manhattan Beach Toyota, $459 over invoice with the USAA discount and the $750 rebate, so just a touch under 41K for a White TRD Premium, KDSS, Sunroof, Wilderness pkg, and Predator Tube steps. Pretty nice experience, they didn't push the extras and we were out the door in a little over an hour. Loving it so far! We're going to do a mellow build on this one as I have a decently built Jeep Rubicon for the extreme stuff.

2018 ORP FOR 36500 +TTL. MSRP is near 40k. I can’t guarantee you’ll get the same exact deal but do your research. This was the best deal I could find in the state of AZ. I said this is what I want to pay, no dealer add one/extras, no BS. My salesman made it happen. I’ve referred several people to him and every person buys. He’s great. Located in Phoenix. Flights are cheap.

Tell him Dawn S with the gray 4Runner sent you.

    I live in San Diego.

Ended up buying my 4Runner in Arizona for roughly $200 over invoice.

Well worth the trip considering how much they charge for a 4Runner in Southern California.

I would say you made a good decision. Does your wife have a sister that I can buy a 4Runner for?
