Hi guys, I'm trying to install hitch receiver. Having a problem getting plastic piece off the bumper that's covering that spot. I got the 2 plastic screws out from the bottom, but I'm having trouble getting the 2 clips at the top to come apart. Any advice?

Didn't your 4R come with a hitch receiver from the factory?

Yes, but I just bought it 6 months ago, it's 6 years old. The one on there was very rusty (northeast), so I had them remove it at the dealership. Now trying to install new one.

Looks pretty solid, but you've definitely got some areas that need attention, or with time, the rest will look that way also. Now's the perfect time to address the rusty spots.

Looks fine but wonder how the receiver got so bad needed to be replaced.
