I took the plunge and bought a new 2017 TRD Off Road. I looked for used Trails but they were just too expensive when compared to buying a new vehicle. Love it so far. Just enough Tech to make it highly usable, but no extra fluff. Even the rear-view mirror is old school with the hand toggle to switch it between day and night use. Thanks in advance for all the advice I'll get. I'm in L.A. and look forward to many great off road days in the CA deserts and mountains.

I'll put it on. It has 90 miles on it with paper plates. No mods yet. Thanks.

:canada:Welcome aboard. Be sure to break it in as per the book, keep the rubber side down, and it will reward you with many trouble free miles. And you can take a great trip on the coast roads from L.A. up to hit the off roads in British ColuCanada some day, if they ever get the damned forest fires out up here. - Ted
