Aloha everyone, new member on 4runners.com from the 808 state of Hawaii. Been so excited on pulling the trigger on a new T4R in cement. It'll be a long wait till it's ready but so glad to be here. Another great source of resources for 4runners.

Welcome aboard. I've been to Hawaii many times, on a sailboat in '69,'71 and '83, married a Hawaiian gal (big mistake!) and flew there often on business and family. You've got some great off-roads there and you'll have lots of fun exploring the island. Merry Christmas (sorry but I'm not sure I remember how to say it in Hawaiian, was it Mele Kalikimaki?) In any case, have a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and a Wonderful 2017 - Ted

Installed Rago brackets and 4" cube ditch lights. Weather tech mats. Cargo net. Cargo mat. Ordered Gobi rack with ladder.
If I ever get up your way, I sure like to have a cup of coffee with you and listen to your experiences. Merry Christmas.

As I've mentioned before, I've owned quite a few vehicles over my 57 year life but my 2016 4runner Trail is the most exciting one I've owned. I just love it and so does my wife. I've never felt this way about any other vehicle... welcome to the site!

Picked up mine yesterday! Only had to wait three weeks so I got lucky! What are you planning to add on to the truck?

I got a full frontrunner rack. Got C4 sliders on it's way and folded into the recent Kings GB. Gonna transfer my TC uca's (still gonna wait on this until I rebuild some parts). Keeping this rig midtravel. Hopefully don't go too crazy on it like my taco.

I am going with the Southern Style Speed front bumper with a Warn Zion 10S winch. 20" Rigid built in light, still deciding on sliders and the rear bumper as I want a slider that is wide enough to act as a step and a rear bumper that has a rear tire and jerry can holder...but does not require me to cut into the existing body! Believe I will go with Pelfreybuilt for those two.

Sweet! Southern style offroad offers awesome bumpers and a Warn zeon winch is pretty much best on the market. I personally would more lean towards a Pelfy aluminum front and I'd prefer the look of cbi's rear but don't think single or double swing outs are favorable for me. Places I go we pack all our vehicles tight to fit as much as possible so it makes grabbing stuff out of the rear a pain. I love the looks and functions of swing outs but it just won't work for me. As for winch's I haven't had the need for um but there cool as f..k. Actually SSO rears look pretty cool. Only ones with a ladder on the side.
