Welcome, nice truck. I have the same bike and a similar rack. What is the swing away adapter you have? I have been looking into one, but I want a high quality one that does not allow my rack to rock all over while I am driving and off-roading.

Thanx! It's a RakAttach. Made in Utah. I had it on my Element, it's a lil bit short for the 4Runner but it seems to be working fine. They're built to handle the weight of a dirt bike, so they're pretty heavy and beefy. I think it's a bit overkill for bicycles. It is super nice to have, swing it out and you have access to the back and a place to sit and drink beer after your ride! I know Kuat racks has on called PIVOT. Might want to check those out too.

Thanks for the info. I have a Kuat rack, so hopefully it would work well with their swingout adapter.
