I spent over 2k on my ac system and it is still short cycling:/ the only things on the dash are the trac and vsc as well as the airbag light after a coil went bad. I replaced the coil and lights stayed on, really don’t know if that has anything to do with. I took it to Meineke which is probably the worst thing I could of done and they can’t figure out why it’s still not working properly. When I park after a couple of minutes ac pump starts to shut on and off and I hear a plump noise in my dash. Air flow not that great and not as cold as they said it would be when the work was done. Any ideas?

Probably the thermistor in the evaporator box that cycles it out to prevent freeze up. It's a common problem. I replaced mine shortly after I bought it. It's aggravating to change but at least it's cheap. You can get one from Toyota for (I think) less than $15.
