Hey there, new SR5 owner, in MD, already added a K and N cold air intake, Borla exhaust is next, new tires too. Then a tint on all windows, and to top it off, an HID headlight kit.
So far, this a great vehicle.
Anybody have any other mods/upgrades to share? Was thinking spark plugs too.
Thanks in advance for everyones welcome, and all comments, tips, ideas are welcome.

welcome! most will recommend stock plugs, you've got a while before yours need to be changed. lots of people do the led interior light swap and really like that as a cheap simple mod

Unless you're s/c'g prob no need to change plugs.

Are you going to retrofit the HID's?

Yes, Im going to use the kit from Xenonhids.com. I only got the low beams for now, once they go on and I see how they work out, I will get a 2nd kit for the high beams.
    S/C'G, whats that?

Duh..... It was late last night, didn't 'click' until this morning.
Don't thing I will be adding one of those. I wish, but..... Trying to keep it hwy mpg friendly, almost 100 miles round trip to work and back. Do some trail/camping with it, and not break the bank for gas.
Any other ideas for engine upgrades/performance?

With a S/C, my MPG increased. Less power needed to get it to said speed.

    Sure. Welcome to the forum.
So far, the K and N cold air intake is going well, sound is a low grumble, and gets better response.
Tires, put on Cooper Adventurer A/T's, looks much better than the OEM. The look is a bit more aggressive, and its a better tire.
Borla exhaust goes on tomorrow! Stand by of that update.
