I'm a Honda guy who rented a 4Runner for a road trip. Fell in love. But I'm waiting to see what the 2020 4Runner will bring before I buy one. Honestly, if it's more of the same I'm leaning towards the new Honda Pilot. But we shall see....

4Runner isn’t for everyone, that’s for sure but it’s a solid body on frame SUV that’ll get you places if that’s your thing.

As fast as 2020 goes I think it gets the Toyota Safety sense, blind spot monitoring and the entune will offer apply car play and the android version.

Not sure. It’s been the same since 2014 so it’s possible.

It all depends on exactly what you're looking to do in it...
The only thing the Honda Pilot has is extra cargo space if you're gonna want to have a 3rd row... Other than that you will get more rugged performance in a 4runner than a Pilot..
Plus the overall look on a Runner is much better...

    Welcome to the forum @4Runner5223

I'm voting no on any body change due to the 6th gen to be introduced in 2021, why change anything for a year. Unless the 2020 is the 6th gen??? But I doubt it. It is kind of strange they are making the changes to the 2020 in the first place if it is not an all new model..

Maybe, I thought it was just a refresh but maybe it's the redo.
