My name is Kevin I drive stock 2000 SR5 with 222,000 miles, photo attached. I have owned this truck for almost a year. It is 2 wheel drive. This is my most favorite vehicle that I have owned as it just runs soooo good. New to 4runners.com but definitely not new to 4runners as I have owned an 89 runner and a 91 runner (which I wish I would have never sold) in the past.

I have already read some great information on this site and I really like how everyone seems to treat everyone really well.

    Thanks

Welcome! What made you get rid of the 91?

    Thanks guys.
The 91 was 22re, 4wd and 5sp great combo!!!!!! And very hard to find another! It was running on 3cyl and sounded pretty bad, could have been a bent valve? It happened after running sea foam thru it. I tried everything knew to diagnose it but was unable to figure it out. At the time I was unable to get it to a mechanic and I was pretty frustrated. In hindsight I should have stuck with it.

The 89 was a 3.0, 4wd and 5sp. It was my wife's daily driver. Due to being cramped and harder to get into the back seats she needed a more practical vehicle.
