    Hello everyone,
Saying hello from Salida, CO...volunteering on the fire currently down here, but live in Denver. On the forum for a specific question about a problem I'm having with a local shop...but figured I'd say hello. I have a 95 4Runner, 83 FJ60 and a 93 FJ80 (I suppose that's a different forum though). Mostly stock on all of them. They are my company vehicles and my daily drivers. They all post slow times up Vail Pass, but tow a drift boat well. :) Glad to be here and thanks to everyone for being here.

    Tom

Thanks Bob. I'm on a break till noon, then heading back out to the north side of the fire line. She's a beast...and today is gonna be a tough one. Conditions really couldn't be worse. Appreciate the safe wishes.

DGP1961....ha. Yeah. It's one I've stuck with. Genus and species name for tarpon...as a former charter fishing captain in South FL, they have a special place in my heart.

Welcome, Tom! Your fleet sounds like the one I had a few years ago: '64 FJ-40, '87 FJ-60, and a '93 FZJ80! I'm down to the 40 and 4Runner now. Stay safe down there. Sounds like this fire isn't playing nicely.

    Welcome from Wisconsin!

I travel to the Fort Meyers area annually and the tarpon is one of my bucket list fish.

    Be careful out there!
