2005 4Runner SSRX

Hi Guys, I have just purchased my 2nd Surf this one a 2005 SSRX 2WD, My question is that it does not have fog lights just plastic covers. I want to install Fog lights and I want to know is it going to be a big job or small one. I light stalk does no have the normal slide for fog lights.. any help would be great, happy to post pics if that helps
