Today is Monday..... So cheese pizza for lunch, and between work and school, no time for exercise.

I just ride a bike about 10 miles every evening on the trails. I still play basketball 2X/wk but my knees are getting too old for much longer. Biking does not hurt a thing....except when you wreck and break some ribs and a shoulder. Then it hurts. I ride about 40-60 miles a week depending. Some weeks as little as 30 and some weeks 70+. Believe it or not I have gotten at least 9 4Runner owners to start riding a bike! In real life I do the same and try to get guys my age riding.

Actually, I just started riding my bike recently since teaching my son how to ride. We've been going out riding here and there in the evenings and it's been nice. Might have to start riding a little more frequently with him. I get bored easily doing the same exercises week after week. I think I just need to find different exercises and rotate them in/out of my regimen as I get bored of them.

Just seems like life is getting in the way. And im only 26 so I know I shouldn't be bitching.

Seems like I lost the intensity when I do work out. Just started running tho so I guess that's a plus. And the fiance just signed me up for a 5k this saturday which sucks lol.

Eh running has its place. Im going to cut my long distance runs during the summer and just do 6 and under because I hate the heat that much. As for resistance I use the trx and for fun I have the trail bike....but the sand just isnt that much fun to ride. It kinda sucks in fact.
