2014 4Runner Sr5 premium 4x4

I have 2014 4runner and any music made past 2014 doesn't have a little album cover or photo when I am playing bluetooth music. This isn't a major problem but I would like to update the gracenote feature that handles the album covers. But after trying a few times and doing research I cant figure it out. I cant even find the right file, every time I try the car doesn't even recognize that I am trying to update it. I have scoured Toyotas website for help but I haven't found any.

I don't know if any of yall have tried to do this or know how but any insight would be appreciated.
