Let me ask our Advanced Master Tech and I'll get back to you on his thoughts on it. Almost sounds like the compressor might be the issue. I'm not sure.

Thanks very much. I found that the fuse box ( under hood) that I need seems to have the wiring harness for the engine attached and all of the guys that are selling it on the Internet used hack it off so you have to make 40 but splices and heat shrink well most of them I'm looking at only have a couple of inches of wire on the outside of the box which really makes it impossible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I'm kind of thinking at this point that the previous owner was having a problem with that fuse and put a larger fuse in it and that is what caused the fuse panel box to melt that would make sense anyway not certain but looks like that to me. The person who had it before and said that he was sure it needed a compressor but not really any other info for me kind of weird I guess they knew what was up and just did not tell me

So you need a fuse box that's under the hood?

Yes for starters, I found several for sale but they are all cut off inches away from the box meaning the wiring harness with the plug on the end of it is not with it. Splicing and heat shrinking those 40 wires seems like would be a real mess. Would love to find the correct box with the wiring that can be plugged in if it actually exist. Thanks very much Eric 904753 0868 cell

Good Luck man. Most you will find will be a cut and splice. I have one if you need it, I'm pretty sure anyhow.
