Hello all. is there a way to disable the Full time awd on a 2018 4runner limited? It sucks even when you try and turn the traction control off you still can do donuts because the awd kicks in. any help with this is greatly appreciated. thank you.

That’s AWD all the time there is no 2WD mode for that system.

I guess you could remove the front driveshaft but probably not a good idea

You don’t need to disable 4wd, you just need to disable the traction control. Lock the center diff and hold down the traction control button.
