Front Bumper Separation/gap

I have a 2021 I bought used last summer and I have gaps as well. Passenger side is more noticeable than the driver side. I had asked the dealership and they told me that it looks like the previous owner had the bumper off and they also said that it’s a common issue with 4 Runners to have if separate some over time. Don’t seem right , I’ve looked at 4Runners that I see out and about some have it some don’t.

 

Look at the back of the bumper and see if there is anything to anchor a metal zip tie too?

 

I wish that video would hold still long enough for me to figure out what the hell I’m lookin at lol.

 

It kinda doesn't matter as I don't see an application for the 4Runner on their site.
