Frame compatibility with 96 Limited?

    96 green 4Runner limited
    IMG_0686.jpg IMG_0688.jpg I bought a 96 4Runner limited. Didn't realize that the frame was rotted out. What frames are compatible with the 96 limited? I'm a metal fabricator and I cut it out and weld new, but I want that to be last resort.
