I have one fog light that keeps going out. Do I need to replace the housing cover to keep moisture out?

If anyone knows where to buy a new cover or something to keep moisture out I’d like to know I’ve started getting Moisture build up in my fog lights, or if anyone has any mods that will help I’m all ears ..
