I have this flapping noise when driving above 40mph during rain or after a car wash either by hand or power wash. It seems to come from the passenger side dash area. I have replaced the splash guards with Rad Rubber design no change. Wipers taken off no change. New wipers no change then they were taken off no change. Seems like when the water is draining from the windshield to the passenger side front mud flap. It’s annoying me pretty good. I haven’t taken it to the dealership yet. I looked under the hood nothing loose I can see or the wheel well. I have attached a video of the noise little hard to hear.

I had an annoying noise which seemed to come from that same area, it was a little squeaky noise though and it ended up being from the front wheel well. Behind the tire there is that plastic liner held in place by plastic clips and one was loose a little. so that could be it flapping in the wind... It was amazing how much noise that little thing made and it came up through the dash.

I’ve had this same issue on both sides. I’ve replaced clips and still get flappy noises depending on the angle of the wind. I’ve learned to deal with it.

the solution though is to buy aftermarket ones and replace.

Could you possibly send a link of aftermarket replacements?
