Just a random first flight video getting used to the controls. We hope to utilize the drone while making our trips in Colorado and Alaska this year. Obviously after a lot more practice

That's seriously cool. Is that your 4R in the otherwise empty parking lot? If so, I would have expected a close-up fly by!

It is my 4r in the parking lot lol. But I was way too nervous to come down that close everything. Maybe after a few flights I’ll get more confident/cocky

I’m convinced the fly that landed on Mr. Pence’s head during the debates was a Japanese micro-drone?

It's amazing what footage can be captured via drones. My brother-in-law was flying one at a house we rented on Lake Michigan for my other brother-in-laws proposal. While doing test flights, the winds weren't the most cooperative and started to manage the drone more than he could with the remote, not to mention the remote had some intermittent issues communicating with the drone. Needless to say, I booked it down two flights, ran toward the beach front (about a 6ft drop to the actual sand) and jumped to catch the drone before it crashed into the lake. I don't dare say that event alone was more exciting than the proposal, but it comes in at close 2nd :D

Actually, your first video is cool! I know that drones (like mine as well) is better to use in a weather without sun to avoid ghosting patches. I wonder could you film in Alaska and Colorado as you wanted? Interesting to see the results and get some tips ;)
