WTH? Came out of a store to this. Safe to assume I need to take the mirrow off to see how this attaches?

UPDATE. Tired of looking at it so tore into it this morning. Chance of breaking something was good, but went ahead. Popped the interior cover, 10mm socket for the top and bottom right nuts, 10mm open-end for the bottom left, ran the nuts out to the end of the bolts, popped the mirror loose. Used a putty knife to pop the bottom cover off, put it in some hot water to soften a little and popped right back in. Mama is happy, I am happy.

Glad you got her fixed up with minimal casualties.
