Finally found it!

Hello!
After about a year of debating on getting a 4runner, it finally happened out of nowhere!

I wasn’t really expecting to get one until at least May, but the opportunity presented itself literally 3 hours before the dealer was closing. I’ve been contacting dealers just to get an idea for pricing on a TRDP lunar rock, but man are these unicorns hard to come by! (I’m in NorCal). I’ve spoken to some dealers that have marked up to 20k+!! And I’ve found the avaerage to be about 10-20k. Nonetheless, these things have sold every time before even reaching the dealer so I’ve never even seen this color in person.

Sunday evening I get a call from one of the dealers I’ve been in contact with and he says that one is on the way and should arrive in a week. I made my way to the dealer to see if I can shimmy down their 10k markup ( which I was almost willing to pay out of the feeling of sheer luck and excitement at even having the chance to get one). Then it happened, I gave them a number that i wanted to pay and they took it

21 TRDP lunar rock due to arrive by 3/14!! I’m so stoked! Glad to have found such a great community of enthusiasts! P

Thanks everyone! They just called and it’s actually ready now! Unreal as I thought for sure it would even be delayed after 3/14.
