    Hi Forum,
    im having a 92 4runner that im putting a 95 3vze in because i have a rodknock.
i noticed the wire harness isnt exactly the same so i wanted to ask if somebody has expirience with this.
as far as i know between 93 and 95 they tweeked a thing or two on the 3vze and what i noticed is that the newer wireharness has less wires going to the ecu.

can somebody answer me this: if i would be to swap the engine, swap the ecu and use the already installed 92 wireharness would i be ok? since the newer one is kind of chewed up and plugs are missing (i got the engine from a junkyard and the really didnt care a lot about that) i would rather use the engine wireharness already in my truck.

i hope all of this makes sense and it would be great somebody could help me out here.
