Hey guys. I searched but hoping for some final feedback before my appointment in a few weeks. Getting the Eibach stage 1 installed with Dobinsons UCA’s

The kit is 2.75 front and 1in rear. I was worried i might have some reverse rake at the frame or does it sit perfectly level?? I kinda prefer a little rake debating throwing a small cornfed spacer in the back but not sure how it’s gonna sit. Any one running this kit

Great choice. I have the Dobinsons UCAS's but went with the Eibach stage 2R. You can make adjustments on the front with the height adjustable clips on the stage 1 vs adjustable collars on the 2R.

You probably won't have reverse rake. The rear 1" eibach netted me 1.25" of lift.

Heres my setup. Eibach stage 1. I also included Cornfed 1'' spacer in the rear.

    You're going to be level.

If you want a little bit of rake, add a spacer in the back.

What do you think of the ride quality of the eibach stage one?

I had it but recently swapped out of trd pro fox. The rear imo rode rough unless I had weight in the back. But ride quality is so subjective.

Maybe just place a spirit level on the frame?

I have the stage 1. Spring perches are set to the 3rd level. Also running a cornfed 1/2” rear spacer. It sits pretty even, but I also have a bumper, winch, lights, skid plates, etc up front. If you plan on leaving the front end stock, I’d leave your spring perches at the lower settings.

Thanks for the responses guys. I’m definitely gonna throw some corned spacers in the back so I have still have some rake

Here I come with a dumb question. I also have the Stage 1 kit and I'm not entirely positive which perch setting a set it at. How can I easily tell?

There should be 3 or 4 ringed grooves on the shock body. The groove closest to the
Lower eyelet is the lowest setting for stock weight I believe.

Ok cool! I believe that's what I'm on. It sits perfectly frame lever but, of course, the truck body still makes it look raked a bit by around 1.25"

You have to get a good view of which groove the lower spring perch is sitting on. It can be deceiving because of the domed shape of the perch itself. Might need to crawl under the vehicle with a light and shine it up the shock body from underneath.

Anywho, the lowest groove indicates zero lift. The 2nd one up is a 0.85" lift. The 3rd one up is a 1.6" lift. The 4th one up is a 2.5" lift.

How's it ride? I'm between stage 1 with spacer in rear vs a full dobinson twin tube setup

Ok this makes sense. I can see at least two grooves above the bottom of the spring. Maybe I'm only on the .85" lift setting. Mind if I shoot you a PM later today or tomorrow with some pics?

Well if you have the stage one eibach lift. It comes with silver coils springs, which net you 2.5" of lift in the front(lowest clip) and 1" in the rear.

Ah ok, that’s fair. Maybe it’s just all in my head haha.

I have the Stage 1 and with the rear springs it came with it sat level. I did replace the rear springs to Icon 2” springs because I camp and pull a small trailer, the Eibach rear springs were too soft and made the rear sag big time. Happy with the Icons.
