DIY: Paracord wrapped "Oh S#!t" handles

    Here is how you wrap the handles:

    You need to wrap it tight but not so tight you can't pull it under itself.
    You can use a lighter on the ends so it wouldn't fray.
    In step C, pull at the bottom and the loop at the top will tuck itself in. Cut the other end off close and just push it under the wrap.


    Helpful hint: Remove the handles before you wrap them:

    And in an emergency situation you've got spare cordage. I keep a paracord bracelet with a compass wrapped around the grab handle on my backpack that goes everywhere with me. This might be a good idea just add some extra to the 4runner.
