Are you suggesting it's not possible for one person to be of two minds on a subject?

You really only need 1” up front to level the frame. So many level the wheel wells which gives the frame reverse rake while empty. Put a load in the back and it just looks silly driving down the road.

Double check but 4Runner doesn't recommend WD hitches due to receiver bolted to rear cross member, not frame. If you're not doing a huge trailer, it's probably ok, but just know it's a thing to watch out for.

I put $83 Firestone rideright airbags in my 4Runner and it helps a lot with my little teardrop I pull around. Only squats back 1/2" with about 20PSI in them, and firmer ride means less unwanted sway.

Not at all. It just seems two accounts with such polar opposite views on which end should squat, started on the same date, reeks of trolling for a response.

Yeah, the 0.8" setting is basically what the drivers side Bilsteins (now Fox) that come on the Pros are set to. Not sure if the passenger side shock has a very small amount of lift to it, but I think it was still at the stock height. All in all, it raised the front end of the Pros a little under an inch and removed the lean....... so yes, very similar height to your set-up.

Tatertot - Your Runner might be pretty close to level now. There are a lot of lines between the windows and frame rails etc... the best way to check is to get a tape measure and measure how far the center of your wheel well is above the ground in front and then in back. I bet they are within 1/2".

If it is just too much for you to handle, Toytech makes rear spacers that you can install to lift the rear 1/2" or so.

I used a spacer lift on my 18 ORP 3" in front and 1" in the rear and it sits plenty level for me. I did need to get a good computerized alignment afterwards but I am really happy with my Runner now.

    Good luck.

Maybe post a photo or two so we can see how it looks?

    Welcome.

measure from the center of your wheel hub to the button lip of your fender front and back. This will give you the info if the front is indeed taller than the back.

That's how I ask everyone to measure too.
