Chevy half ton springs in a 1988 4Runner?

    looking for some advice to replace rear leaf springs in a 1988 4Runner.
    I heard you can put older Chevy half ton springs in....

    Thoughts or advice?

    63” Chevy springs are a common swap. Better info can be found on pirate4x4 Toyota bible.
