I also have the support plate welded in. The slight bolt clearance issue was on the bumper plate where the tube work meets the flat mounting surface. The bolt heads interfere on the outer most mount at the bottom near the shackle attachments. EC82557C-0821-422C-9096-AF66045A3AD7.jpg

That’s not to say it will be the same for your application. Who knows how the jig has been bumped since I got mine right!?

Yup, I am no stranger to poor fitment, I have yet to find a bumper that fits perfectly but most have fit well enough. I just really like how the AP bumper mounts the winch about 2" lower than all the other options, I need all the room I can get for an intercooler :burnrubber:

And I was trying to confirm exactly where the body mount tubes attach, but then I figured it out with your IG pics

Ohh good deal. Yeah, IG is where most of my old truck stuff is located. Like you say, the bumper fits well enough. Just have to give it some love to be 100%.

This bolt on each side was the trouble maker. I also had to enlarge one other bolt hole.

Thanks for the pic! I had to enlarge a couple holes on my Addicted bumper as well.
