2021 4Runner

This item is attached to the inside of the Rago Center Console Bracket and has a USB-C cable plugged into the back of it, the rectangle at the top of the Device seems like a button. I wasn't able to find any brand or sticker, or anything written on the device. It looks like a MAG-Safe connecter, but the button and the mounting position seem counterintuitive for that purpose. This is on a 4runner that I am in the process of purchasing, so just trying to figure out what all add-ons were installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...
