Here's 470 pages of what people are paying. My 20 sticker 44.3, paid just under 38 before tax/title no trade

FWIW, in June I paid 44.7 for a Limited with MSRP of 49.3. So 9.25% off sticker. Financing was 2.49% for 72 months and trade value was at the high end of the KBB range (indeed, I see my old car for sale on their lot and they're asking only a couple grand more than they gave me for it). While that all seemed like a good deal, it took weeks of negotiation to get to that point and meanwhile they were selling all their other 4Rs no problem. Inventory was drying up while I was negotiating and now it seems very low everywhere. So that may push up demand and thus prices on the used market.
